Arriving at the AGC Range

AGC Range Badge holders may generally use available facilities during normal operating hours without waiting for a scheduled MRPC event.

However, MRPC-sponsored events at AGC now use a separate electronic club-event registration procedure for every participant.


NEW MRPC EVENT REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Every MRPC member and guest participating in an MRPC event at AGC must register through the AGC event-registration system on the day of the event.

Before Leaving Home

Bring your current MRPC Membership Card.

If you are also an AGC Range Badge holder, bring and visibly display your current AGC badge while at the facility.

Day of the MRPC Event

After arriving at AGC, connect your phone to the AGC Guest Wi-Fi.

Important:
The AGC event-registration URL is accessible while connected to the AGC Guest Wi-Fi. Registration can be completed using your cell phone or an AGC-provided tablet.


Open AGC Event Registration

Registration Steps

  1. Open badge.agcrange.org while connected to the AGC Guest Wi-Fi.
  2. Find the scheduled MRPC event and select it.
  3. Click Register.

AGC Range Badge Holders

  1. Enter your AGC Range Badge number.
  2. Click Register.
  3. Click OK when registration is confirmed.

AGC badge holders still need to register for the MRPC event. Wearing an AGC badge by itself does not replace the event-registration requirement.

Non-AGC Members / MRPC Event Guests

If you are an MRPC member or guest who does not have an AGC Range Badge:

  1. Enter your first and last name.
  2. Select the Waiver of Liability link under the guest / responsible-adult section.
  3. Complete the AGC waiver in full.
  4. Sign the waiver electronically.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. Close the waiver window.
  7. Return to the original event-registration page.
  8. Click Register.
  9. Click OK when registration is confirmed.

Club-Event Guest Fee:

Non-AGC members participating in the MRPC event currently pay a $5 event fee to the MRPC RSO.

This is the AGC waiver-required club-event guest fee and is different from the normal $20 daily guest fee charged when an AGC member brings a personal guest for regular range use.

Each MRPC member and each guest must register individually.

For normal AGC orientations, AGC instructs attendees to use the main entrance from Ward’s Chapel Road and follow current parking instructions. For MRPC events, follow any event-specific directions provided by the MRPC RSO or AGC staff.

First-Time AGC Badge Holders

If you want independent access to AGC outside MRPC-sponsored events, AGC requires you to:

  1. Maintain membership in an AGC-associated club such as MRPC.
  2. Complete an AGC Range Orientation.
  3. Purchase an AGC Range Badge.

AGC currently offers orientations on Saturdays and Sundays at 8:00 AM for $10 per person.

After orientation, badge purchases are currently available:

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

The standard 2026 individual badge is currently $275.

Please be patient with the new event-registration system.

This is a new AGC procedure and both AGC staff and MRPC Range Safety Officers are continuing to work with the system as improvements are made.
